Workshop in Kaulsdorf: “Our efforts have paid off if only one fights back!”
Yesterday, Thursday, a workshop for self-defense took place in the Kaulsdorf district center MITTENDRIN on the initiative of the movement network. Legal and practical tips were given on how “man or woman” can and should behave in the event of a physical threat.
The trainers Silvio Menzel and Marco Tuchen from Fit und Fun Marzahn e.V. had already developed their course concepts before Corona. For 1.5 months now, the two fathers working in the security field have finally been able to offer their content. After a brief observation of the market, their concept was ready.
