In children’s gymnastics, various gymnastic and gymnastic elements as well as steps from the dance direction of hip hop are taught in a playful way. The children are stimulated motorically and cognitively and learn the basics for the other areas of the club. Children from the age of 3 are very welcome.

In the children's gymnastics area, the first performances take place within the club. In children's gymnastics, the first rhythmic movement training and coordination exercises with arms, legs and the whole body are carried out and trained in a playful way. Musical dances and small choreographies are learned.
Training times
Tuesdays from 16.30
Please register your child by e-mail. Depending on capacity, your child can take part in three trial training sessions, after which you as parents decide whether your child will become a club member.
