An hour of modern pelvic floor training for you! In this course, you will strengthen your core: your
pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles. We use mobilization, endurance and
strengthening exercises to do this. The class ends with a wonderful stretch and relaxation session.
The training is free of charge and is also suitable as a postnatal course for women who have recently given birth.
Remember to wear comfortable clothing!
Course leader: Anne Grobler is a sports scientist, trainee systemic couple and family therapist and pelvic floor expert.

The program takes place on Saturdays at the Grundschule am Schleipfuhl, Nossener Str. 85, 12627 Berlin.
From 13:15-14:15 the offer is for the age group from 2 to 4 years and from 14:15-15:15 for the age group from 5-7 years.

We have table tennis tables on site, are allowed to use the CDF school soccer pitch under supervision and use the CDF school hall on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
You can also borrow scooters, skateboards, inline skates and bicycles from us on site by paying a deposit and, if necessary, a small amount of money.
Visitors to the youth leisure center are welcome, as are new interested parties aged 6-26.

All parents with or without their children are welcome to take part in parent-child sport! Music accompanies moms, dads and children together during various exercises to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, posture and balance. For the fun of the children aged approx. 0-9 years, movement songs and stories as well as stop dancing are used for everyone. We sweat together, motivate each other in the group and go home feeling great and in a good mood. The course is free of charge for all families. Wear comfortable clothes! The name of the program is small games, where children learn a variety of small games. The children also gain an insight into various movement games so that they can gain their first positive movement experiences.
