In the step aerobics classes we train endurance and coordination, strengthen our cardiovascular system, tone our muscles, mainly in the legs and torso, and don’t neglect our “gray cells” either. To lively music with lots of fun and energy, basics are turned into choreography. Afterwards, we move from the board to the mat for mobilization, stretching and relaxation with elements from yoga.
The varied programme is a good balance to everyday life.
