Stepaerobics - basic steps are combined into simple choreographies. A mix of movement, strength endurance training and that combined with rousing music.

Pilates - is a systematic whole body workout to strengthen the muscles, balancing breathing and movement.

In addition to a lot of greenery, our Helle Oase community garden has a children's playground, a small street soccer facility and opportunities to play boules and table tennis, all of which are freely accessible at all times. Equipment for this can be borrowed from us during opening hours for a deposit.
We are usually on site on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2pm and 6pm.

3. outdoor fitness - 5 new pieces of sports equipment in the front garden of the district centre for free use.

-> Our sports and exercise meetings are aimed at women of all ages.
Our talented physiotherapist Heike offers 50 minutes of exercises for every fitness level. Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket or mat.
The sessions take place every Wednesday from 10 - 11 am.

Sports Museum
After a three-year renovation phase, the Marzahn-Hellersdorf Sports Museum has reopened. The free intermedia exhibition provides insights into the sports history of the district and the GDR with interesting glimpses beyond the spatial and temporal horizons.

Cargo bike
Mobility for everyone, and preferably green and free of charge. The first electric cargo bike that can be borrowed free of charge is now available to citizens at the Haus des Sports.

Family Sports Festival
The sports clubs present themselves at one place in the district with their diverse sports offers. Visitors have the opportunity to try out games, sports and exercise activities free of charge and to get to know the clubs in their "neighborhood".

We network physical activity programs at schools and daycare centers through clubs. Based on our maps and data, we search for a suitable local partner, take over the initial contact, advise on the organization of the offer and provide information on financing options.
