What are some creative ways to use lamb’s lettuce? Here are two great inspirations that bring variety to your everyday diet. Lamb’s lettuce lassi: (Greek) Puree yogurt, milk, lamb’s lettuce, honey and lemon juice, adding a little water if necessary. If you like it spicy, you can add chili flakes. Lamb’s lettuce pesto: Puree lamb’s lettuce, high-quality canola or olive oil, cashews and/or walnuts, and salt and garlic to make a pesto. Goes well with pasta and also as a spread.
